Oxley Holdings Ltd is a real estate developer who is a home-grown Singaporean found by Mr. Ching Chiat Kwong. “Oxley” or “the Group” was listed in October 2010 on SGX Catalist, and was subsequently transferred to SGX Mainboard in February 2013.

In year 2009, Mr. Ching, Mr. Eric Low, who is the current Deputy CEO, and together with another key shareholder, Mr. Tee, had entered into a JV partnership to develop properties that would shape the demand for affordable private residential homes and impact the industry.

This joint-venture had added much value to their partnership as it enable them to leverage one another financial strengths and expertise. It was a private company limited by shares in March 2010. And in October 2010, it was converted to a public company and renamed to “Oxley Holdings Limited”.

The Group’s success has been credited to their good sense of judgement and willingness to step out of their comfort zone. The sheer determination on never to rest on its laurels have led them to where they are today.
